The process

List. Compete. Connect.

Sellers list inventory. Licensed buyers compete. Demand helps establish the market price.

  1. List inventory

Licensed sellers list available wholesale inventory with product details, quantity, timing, and supporting documents.

  2. Buyers compete

Approved buyers review available lots and submit bids. Competitive auctions help sellers discover what the market is willing to pay.

  3. Connect & complete

When an auction ends, the winning buyer and seller are connected through a Deal. They coordinate payment, delivery, compliance, and required transfers directly.

No. CannaXchange does not process, collect, hold, or transfer marketplace payments. Payment and transaction terms are handled directly between the licensed buyer and seller.

Who wins an auction?
